TERMS OF
SERVICE

I. GENERAL TERMS

  • Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or need more information.

  • Prices are listed in USD.

  • Clients must provide clear visual references for the requested artwork. Description through text is allowed; however, I have the right to artistic freedom in such cases.

  • Any inappropriate or ill behavior will not be tolerated. Depending on the situation, this may result in the commission cancellation, with a chance of a refund.

  • To comply with Ko-Fi's guidelines, any 18+ NSFW and mature content (e.g., nudity, horror, etc.) is not available through Ko-Fi; it is only offered through my Patreon.

II. PAYMENT

  • Commissions under $200: Full payment upfront is required.

  • Commissions over $200: A 50/50 payment split or installments can be arranged. Work will begin after the first deposit payment, and the final product will only be delivered once full payment is received.

  • Payment deposit upfront must be from Ko-Fi, and an invoice for the other half will be invoiced via PayPal.

III. PROCESS

  • Clients will receive photo updates of the initial sketch for approval before proceeding with the final artwork. The photos will be watermarked to prevent theft.

  • Minor adjustments can be requested at the sketch stage and other stages. Major revisions may incur additional fees. Reason- art takes quality time, skill, and making.

IV. DEADLINES

  • Turnaround time will depend on the complexity of the piece and will be discussed before starting.

  • If you have a strict deadline, please inform me beforehand; rush fees may apply.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

  • As the artist, I retain full copyright of the artwork. This includes but is not limited to the right to use the artwork for my portfolio, promotional materials, or social media (with credit to you as the commissioner, if requested).

  • COMMERCIAL/USAGE RIGHTS (e.g., for product, logo, or business use) incur an additional cost of 100% of the base price. And will be sent a contract to sign.

Clients are allowed to:

  • Use the artwork for personal use (e.g., social media icons, headers).

Clients are NOT allowed to:

  • (EX. Claim the artwork as their own/or alter.)

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon with additional fees.

  • Remove the watermark or signature.

BlackListing CLAUSE

  • AI & Use Policy

  • My artwork cannot be used for AI model training or AI whatsoever.

  • To use it commercially, rights must be purchased; the base package is intended for personal or internal use only.

  • To ensure a positive experience, please avoid violating these terms—such as by not making final payments, engaging in harassment, or posting work without proper credit. Violations may lead to being blocked and blacklisted. Thank you for understanding!

REFUNDS

Refunds are not available once the commission is completed or almost finished. If the artist is unable to complete the work for any reason, a refund may be issued based on the progress of the artwork. There is no refund once the commission is completed or near completion. Unless the artist is unable to finish for some reason, the artist will refund the money depending on the artwork's progression.
I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse or cancel commission requests without providing an explanation, particularly in cases of any breach of the Terms of Service by the client.
